Emma's 1st day of Pre-K

I can't believe it but Emma started Pre-K this week, I thought it was going to be pretty easy to watch her sit at her desk and be a big girl but it was NOT! I wanted to cry, Chris was going to cry...that was a fore gone conclusion but I figured it was just going to be exciting. She was shy at first but so brave and didn't even get emotional when we were leaving her! She had a great day, she said EVERYTHING was her favorite part, she made a new friend but didn't know their name, danced but didn't know to what song, loved her lunch that I made her but told me she didn't like the cheese because it tasted funny. She told me she only missed her family during nap time and she cried, I asked if Mrs. Linda gave her a hug and she said "no, it was during nap so I just cried into my blanket"...so then I really did cry!
