I think for the first time ever the Cowtown Marathon had to be cancelled because of the snow and ice on the course. They gave all the marathoners the option to run the half marathon. It made for a long 24-48 hours before the race waiting to see what they would do or it was worth running at all. Since the race is in our backyard we ran it although Chris was very disappointed that he didn't get to run the full marathon since he had been training for it. Thankfully the course wasn't too bad!
