His birthday celebrations lasted a week long, Mom came over the Sunday before and cooked him a cajun meal that was so delicious it was better than any restaurant and I butchered some chocolate covered strawberries. Then the morning of his birthday we had some birthday cinnamon rolls and almost caught the kitchen on fire :) Then later that day he had lunch with his mom and last but not least Pam came over during the weekend and made him some super-moist sausage balls (his dessert of choice). It gets nicer for me every year that he gets a year older :)
